Simply book your next experience with a different service provider and give them a try. And, if necessary, keep trying our team of talented artisans until you find the right fit!

If you are not happy with your Strands experience, for any reason, please let us know right away. Although there are NO refunds on services performed in salon/spa, we’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with and we'll fix it. No ands, ifs or buts.
AVEDA PRODUCT PURCHASE
If you have purchased an Aveda hair care or skin care product at any Strands Salon location and are unhappy, for whatever reason, please bring in the unused portion for exhange*. Tell us why the product didn't meet your specific needs and we will find the right product for you. Aveda's robust product line offers something for everyone! Please note, there are NO returns on Aveda makeup.
